I signed my lease with Allied a few months ago and I love it so far. The amenities are beautiful and you can’t beat the location. Jazmyn, a leasing office agent, has been so helpful and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to move. Reyes is also the best and cares about the residents, which is a welcoming feeling.

Just wanted to quickly shout out the maintenance team. Everytime we've submitted a request the team is quick to respond and schedule time to fix what ever needs repairing. James in particular has been wonderful - he is personable, positive, and makes sure that everything gets taken care of.

I had an excellent experience with James - the person who heads maintenance in the building. I had an issue very late at night, and James drove 30 minutes to Allied to address the situation. He was kind, courteous, and patient - you never would've known it was the middle of the night. He then followed up with me first thing the next morning to replace the faulty part (which he went out of this way to purchase at the hardware store between his overnight visit & first thing the next morning).

Jazmyn was my point of contact from the beginning looking for a new apartment in the city. She was absolutely AMAZING. Very knowledgeable about the property, very attentive to my needs, and extremely nice. She helped me find an apartment that was perfect for me & I could not thank her enough! Jazmyn gave us a tour of the complex over FaceTime since weren’t able to come in person. She really went above and beyond, showing us 6 or 7 different options over an hour+ so that we’d be confident in our decision. We immediately put in an application after meeting with her, she was really excellent!

I came across Allied during my visit to Baltimore . I was met with the most friendly staff ever! Caitlyn informed me of the history of the area, Matt recommended good places in the area to eat & also helped with floor plans that best fit my budget. Niyha toured me and I genuinely loved everything about the building. I’ll be moving to Baltimore later on in the year, this will be at the top of my list!
